Hi guys I have a crazy problem on my notebook Asus N53TA-V2G-SX043R. I really don't know how to solve it! I've tried everything!

I have:
-AMD A6-3400M Quad Core processor with Radeon HD6520G Graphics
-6GB ram DDR3 1333MHz
-640GB Seagate Sata II 3Gb/s HDD
-Radeon HD6650M
-Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

With crossfire, HD6520G + HD6650M = HD6720G2.

Well, when I'm playing games like Arctic Combat, Combat Arms and Runescape I have an intense lag with low FPS. Curious is that when I play games like Crysis2, Battlefield 3 and Sniper Elite V2, I don't lag even a bit in maximum settings.

My temps are OK, my video drivers are on date, my Directx is OK, and it's everything fine and normal! I've tried to play with crossfire on, crossfire off, with each of the video cards and I lag in both! I've formatted the computer with two different systems and the problem continues. I tried Asus video drivers, AMD video drivers, and it continues the same terrible lag!

What could it be? Are all this games incompatible with my video card system? Help!!!

Sorry for any English mistakes, I'm brazilian.

amd should get AMD drivers. And As far as the graphics chip, it is good for general day-to-day activities, mimoderate gaming. It has a 128bit interface, and i recommend you go with a card that has a gddr5 ram, as it is almost 2x faster than gddr3. You could do a whole lot better if you are looking for performance, but it all comes down to you're usage, do you just watch youtube, extreme gaming, or design software .
And could you tell us how you formatted your computer in two ways?

Man I play Battlefield 3 and Crysis2 in HD resolution with all the effects on and they run perfectly!
I just lag in simple and old games. I know it's a software problem but I can't find where!
I tried Windows 7 Home Basic and Windows 7 Professional x64, different CDs, same problem.

Okay you just said old games. Do you update the old games to their latest version? and what about updating your drivers too?

My drivers are fully updated and the games are in their last version.

Man I just lag in old games, not in the heaviest ones! If I had a hardware problem, I couldn't play Battlefield 3 on ultra. It's crazy!

Edit: Tried W7 Ultimate x64, same problem.

Edit: My Radeon 6650M is the 2GB 128 bits version and I have 512MB from APU. So, 2.5GB...

I think I found the problem. When I play Battlefield 3, my GPU use is normal (90-99%), no lag. When I play Arctic Combat, my GPU use is staying in 22-36%, lagging.
How I can fix it? Make the GPU work more? What's happening?

As I said before: Check CPU usage during lagging.

Low CPU use level too - 40-55% during lag in Arctic Combat gameplay.

The Radeon HD 6720G2, is basically a combination of the middle-class level AMD Radeon HD 6650M and the integrated AMD Radeon HD 6520G(APU). This system is known as AMD Dual Graphics and also asymmetric CrossFire. It uses Alternate Frame Rendering (AFR) to render different frames on the two graphic cores and can suffer from micro-Stuttering.
The performance relies on solid driver support and, at times, it might even be worse the performance of the Radeon HD 6520G by itself. Only DX10 & DX11 modes are supported which means a game set with lower settings and not set to use DX10/DX11 is not accelerated (does not make use of the asymmetric crossfire feature within the card).
Due to the micro stuttering and performance problems, Dual Graphics may sometimes cause more problems than the possible dual card performance gains they suggest.

It Might help to dissable the HD6520G if you can find a way doing that...... (i can't find a way to do that)
