Here is the build
Zalman Z11 Mid Tower Case
ATX 8320 3.5GHz CPU
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
Asus Radeon 7870 GPU
Diablotek 750W 80+ Bronze Power Supply
2 TB HDD (blank)
320 GB HDD (windows 8 installed)
Corsair Vengeance 4GB-1600 RAM
I am able to turn everything on, the fans all spin, all LEDs light up, but I get no video out. I have tested the GPU, HDD, RAM, and they all work.
We have:
Ensured all standoffs are installed, none are touching the MOBO (except one standoff is missing at the bottom, but doesn't appear to be touching any metal), Tried booting with 1 stick of ram, tried booting with only the Mobo, CPU, RAM, and PSU, checked all connections, ensured the 8 pin is connected near the CPU, cleared the CMOS, took out the CMOS battery and replaced after 2 minutes, and now I am completely out of ideas.
