I'm making a new AMD system and I already have a Intel system and I wanted to keep my os on my ssd and not lose any files. would I run in to some issues if i just put the ssd in the new system? Im using Windows 7.

Yes you would run into issue. It best to backup your personal data and reinstall windows on the new hardware.

Im currently using HP H8 1110 it has a i5-2400 but i put a new SSD and I also put a better GPU in it.the reason why im thinking of going with AMD is its cheaper than Intel and works almost at the same Performance level.

How would I do a Fresh install of windows because I don't have the Windows disk. I'm using a Pre built PC.

Not necessarily. The new Intel CPUs are proving to be excellent performers, despite the current high price tag, but that's simply because it's new architecture. Give it a couple months and the prices will dip to about where they should be.
