I am wanting to purchase an image capture card for my pc that is able to receive a 30fps BNC coaxial (or video only component/ive rigged a homemade converter) without any loss of resolution. I dunno if it matters but only still images at max resolution are needed, video is NOT necessary. I am fairly decent with computers, but I am self trained only, so there are large holes in my knowledge and this area is certainly a big one. Anyway here are the specs for my camera:
CAMERA SPECS:
Active Picture Elements: 768 (H) x 494 (V)
Picture Element Size: 6.4um x 7.5um
Resolution (H) Vertical: 570 TVL, 350 TVL
Sweep Rate Horizontal: 59.94 Hz
Sweep Rate: 15,734 Hz

Does anyone know either a card that can handle this? I currently have an open PCI express and am running XP, but I have several computers and OS available if that is a concern.
