If your budget is $107.29, I would get the Corsair h100i water cooler. Easy to install.

its just a few dollar more and it should be able to fit in your case.

The Hyper EVO is your best value. With a budget of $100, you can step up to Noctua. They are the top quality air cooler suppliers. The best air coolers are NH-D14 & NH-C14. A step down is the new coolers NH-U14S & NH-U12S.

A large data base of hundreds of cooler reviews is frostytech.com

I would recommend staying away from water cooling for the water pump goes out and you can get leaks, either of which can lead to catastrophic failures of motherboards, power supplies CPU's etc.

Hmm i was thinking of getting one of them but i heard that they get really noisy when on load but not sure.

Check out frostytech.com, they have reviews of the Noctuas plus the water coolers and the reviews include the noise.

was just looking at the fans you sent do you know if they would fit into my case?

i was looking at this one:

I can't really tell you about the noise level since there are quite a few fans in my system and the noise level doesn't bother me. However, it does keep the CPU pretty cool if you overclock.

The Hydro h100 would probably be the best for cooling, it dosent actually put out much noise because its just 2 120mm case fans. If you wanted the top of the line cooler that surpasses the h100 and the noctua the thermaltake water 2.0 extreme is the best of the best, but comes in at 140 dollars. It is also Tom's Hardware 2013 elite pick for cooling systems.

coolmaster vortex plus

this thing is awesome!

I got my 3570k running at 4.5ghz idle temp is 33c fully loaded is 68c

this cooler is crazy cheap and works excellent!

it has 4 direct touch heat pipes, it low profile, and quiet.
if u install it with the bend in the heat pipes facing down, it also cools ur mem, and power phase regulators.

best part is it only costs like 30 bucks on newegg.
