Are you trying to say (Sorry! I can't really understand the post too well :)):
It worked fine yesterday, but today i can't login. Trying Safe Mode in the boot up screen worked but it was unresponsive, now it just freezes up (Permanently or for a few secs..?) on the welcome bit.

For a start, how long have you had the PC? If it's a while, the components may have simply died impromptu. Did it shutdown fine the other day? No problems such as mid-shutdown BS?

It may have overheated and the components fail, seeing as you stated is was lagging on the safe mode they may be giving out poor performance.

Hi ! Please try to explain it properly so that everyone can help you in this regard.

As I understand that everything was working fine but next day when you started your laptop you were not able to access your account and you also tried safe mode and it did not worked out.

Now there may be several reasons that may cause this. Commonly it happens if laptop is shutdown improperly and upon next start it just don't boot or windows files gets corrupted. Easiest way to resolve this is to use recovery partition/Disc to repair or install windows again and see if it works.

Personally I don't think that this problem is caused due to overheat because if temperature rises laptop shutdown itself as precautionary step.

Yes, this can also be caused due to hardware failure. So, describe your problem in detail if issue is still pending.

Likely a hard drive failure. Do you hear clicking sounds like the drive trying to spin up?

Unfortunately these have been occurring a lot more often these days. I even had a WD Black drive die in under a year. 5 year warranty doesn't mean jack these days.

Hi NukeB ! I edited my earlier post due to your comment "Paragraphs, boy, paragraphs!". I think that you were trying to tell me that I should use new paragraphs instead of replying in one paragraph. I hope now it is right.
