The hyper 212 would be the best of those. The brackets are typically similar and fairly universal. Depending on how much OC you are planing on doing have you considered a liquid cooler? Such as the Corsair H60 or H100. They are cooler and run quieter and are better for alot of overclocking.

Hyper 212 by far. I used the N520 first and was not as good as the 212. The V8 is more for the way it looks(damn it's bad-ass), but in real life it's similar and sometimes even beaten by the 212. The dynatron doesn't look so efficient and the 812 doesn't look bad but it's not worth 2 times the price of the 212. Might as well get a Noctua NH-D14 if you're gonna spend that much.
