Guys , I would like to buy a router for about 50 $ . Since i know very less about them i need ur help. Thank u

Dual-band means it can use either the very congested, but widely supported 2.4GHz frequency, and the seldom-used (because devices that support it are uncommon) thus faster 5GHz band. Simultaneous means it can do both at the same time.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mimo - basically each extra antenna increases your speeds, so long as both devices have that many. 2x2 (two transmit, two receive) is common on laptops and some tablets, but cellphones usually only use 1x1 for space reasons.

Thank u for the info , but what should i buy considering the brand and MIMO arrays and dual band ??
Again, how much is it pricier.

Thank u

I'd go for the one I linked, unless you're in a very congested area. Also note that only some devices support 5GHz traffic - most will be just as congested as always.

TP-Link is a good brand, I'm not sure about some of the others on there - likely because we don't see many brands here in NZ. Asus, Belkin, Linksys, Vigor and AVM (Fritz!Box) are the others that come to mind.
