Hey, this will be the 2nd time I've come to Tom's for advice about a build. You guys are really great. As always though there are too many choices to make. I'm really not too concerned about a budget as I am getting the most bang for my buck. Here is one build I have made custom:
http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=22509145
(total $723.96)
Now here are a couple combo deals That I've been thinking about:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1134288 (total $829.99)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1291151 (total 524.99 + 279.99 = $805)
Important points:
Will give thanks for all your responses!

Important points:
-I've always been an Intel/Nvidia fan, but I'm open to similar suggestions of AMD hardware
-I've compared prices on Tigerdirect, and Newegg seems cheaper across the board, but I'd be open to other suggestions people have for deals or websites to check
-I currently have a 500W PSU in my computer, and I think it has all the necessary connectors, but someone told me I should have a 650W for the components I am looking at and I don't know how to tell, so I am hoping someone could clear that up as well
Will give thanks for all your responses!
