Blackwidow at 120 is a rip off, there are plenty of deals on mechanical kbs. Prices for ram have been dropping; I've seen 2x4gb go for 40ish this past week. You could just run 4x4gb if you really need 16gb. If you need more tbs, seagate is ok and cheaper, you can probably get 2 gb for the price of a black.

Do you plan on overclocking a lot? Cause IB hits 4.5ish ghz fine on air which says you some more money.

Looks good.

Maybe a better quality PSU like Seasonic or a higher Corsair series, as this is just the basic model.

Also that CPU cooler isnt that good from wich i've heard. You're better off getting a decent air cooler like a Scythe Mugen 3 or a Noctua NH-D14, these are quieter too.
