I just built a new computer and whenever I turn it on if the mouse is plugged in, the laser on the bottom will flicker on for a split second then turn off. This also happens when the computer is on and I plug in the mouse. Right when I plug it in, the laser flickers on, then turns off again. It does not flicker on and off, it just turns on for half a second and then turns off. There is also no video output when I turn the computer on. My motherboard is the Gigabyte F2A85XM-D3H and my power supply is the Corsair Builder Series CX600. I'm thinking it is a problem with the motherboard or the PSU, but I'm not sure. Can someone please help?
