Here are the specs:

OS- Windows 8 Pro with Media Center x64
Motherboard- ASUS P5G41T-1 LX3
BIOS- American Megatrends 0402
CPU- Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93ghz
GPU- EVGA Geforce GT 520 DDR3 2gb Superclocked
RAM- 6GB DDR3 1066mhz Dual Channel
HDD- Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS SATA III 6gb/s (running at 3gb/s)
Monitor- Emachines E233H (running in 1920x1080 resolution)
Monitor2- Dell IN1910N (running in 1366x768 resolution)

I would like to know which component I should upgrade first, I was looking to either upgrade my CPU to a Core 2 Quad Q9500, or upgrade my GPU to a Geforce GTX 560 SE. I recently got this new monitor and have started to run games in 1080p. I play many games (Mainly League of Legends, Diablo 3, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive) and since I started playing them in 1080p, I have had drastic performance reductions. I would like to know which part I should upgrade in order to get very stable FPS on the games I play. If it is worth mentioning, A 10% CPU Overclock gives me an FPS boost of about 5-10 in most games. If you can find a better CPU/GPU than the ones I listed for under $100, please specify. Thank you! (I will be upgrading both eventually, I just want to know which will improve my gaming experience the most, also my CPU can sometimes spike to 100% usage while running most games.)

For gaming the gpu is the most important part for gaming, followed by the cpu, with ram coming up the rear. So thats typically the order you want to upgrade in.
