GTX650ti or Radeon 7870.

Both are good performers in your budget range.

Keep in mind there can be cases where your CPU can bottleneck those cards.

I think it should be sufficient provided its of a good brand....and sorry but there ia nothing much u can do to prevent the CPU bottleneck except getting a new CPU and motherboard. ... (u could try overclocking though)

Overclocking your CPU will help but keep an eye on the temps.
An upgrade to the CPU/motherboard would be necessary to completely eliminate the bottleneck.

The card will still give a significant improvement regardless.

can you please suggest me a graphic card that will not have this bottleneck problem,
i know it will not perform as good as gtx 650 ti but still just for my knowledge, which will be the best garphic card suitable for my present mother board.. and which will run present 2013 game ( at lower graphics setting )

if i consider to upgrade my cpu can u suggest me few economic cost effective suggestion for new
mother board.
will my processer do the job or should i even change it.. and which new processor should i consider

Enter into ur BIOS (by pressing some key, usually Del or one of the function keys when the computer starts up). Find the settings for CPU speed multiplier (on mine it is under MIT>Advanced Frequency Settings), and increase the multiplier to whatever value u want... but i don't know how high u can take it because above a certain speed u need to change vcore voltage which i don't know about..i guess someone else can help there...and always keep an eye on the temperatures....

He has a socket 775 board. They are normally OC'ed by increasing the FSB, not the multiplier.

A GTX650 (non TI) or Radeon 7750 wouldn't bottleneck significantly with your CPU.

But one plus side of going for the more expensive option is that when you do upgrade your CPU it will still mate nicely with it.

Your motherboard will take a better Core 2 Quad, but it wouldn't be a huge upgrade.

i did some search regarding the cards suggested , top 3 which i though will do i m mentioning the links below,
please have a look at them and suggest me the ideal to my requirement aslo i notice some of graphic cards are ddr3 and rest are ddr5, so will they work in my configuration , i have ddr2 ram ..

@ jinay : according to kitty , gtx 650ti will give me more of bottleneck errors..

@ kitty : ok, but ddr5 will work in my configurations right..?

yes....it will bottleneck....but if u wanna upgrade the CPU in the future then the GPU will bottleneck the new CPU worse

@jinay : so what should i do finally, is there no way i can get some good graphic card in my current configuration..
what graphic card should i go for ? which will not have botttle neck problem with my current configurations..

and again will ddr5 graphic work with my configurations ..

i would suggest u finally go for the 650 Ti Boost as it offers u a much better value for money.... yes, ur CPU will bottleneck it, but it can be solved by overclocking for now. And u don't want ur GPU heavily bottlenecking ur config when u decide to upgrade ur CPU

I agree. Go for a higher end GPU, overclock your CPU and start saving for a motherboard/CPU upgrade.

I have a GTX Titan, unused and sealed (I won it in a competition but have no desktop) which I would like to get rid of for around £750.

thanks guys ..

but i still do not get this concept of overclocking the bottleneck issue.
if i use my pc with new graphic card oveclocked, than will it cause and kind of damage to my pc's cpu , mother board, processor on long run..
also power supply with 450 watt smps will be sufficient or i should increase it to 650 watts..?

what is your suggestion about the earliest time i should upgrade my cpu..

It might slightly shorten the CPU and motherboards life, but it won't be very much. It will still last several more years.

is there any precausions that is should keep in mind , so that the damage cause can be prevented or decreased to a lesser accent

Don't let the CPU exceed 65c full load.
Also, don't go crazy on raising voltages.

you mean is should not let my pc temperature extend 65 degree celcius right , and my present 450 watts will do the trick right .
