Are there any cases like this one in terms of size and look. Like this We have those, where we study and they are just the perfect size. I currently have Mid-tower ATX case, which is fine, but takes too much desktop space.

Yes there are, but modern graphics cards may not fit in them. Special PSUs are also required.

Are you trying to build a gaming PC out of a small-form case, or just a regular everyday PC. I have worked with small cases a lot and can help. I just need more details.

Also whats your budget?

Not a gaming PC at all. I will use Intel's integrated HD Graphics and pretty much office and soft encoding etc.
Budget is not tight, so feel free to recommend :)

I will use integrated graphics card and special PSU if it's possible to buy some from the retailers.

The build:

CPU: Intel Core i3-3225 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4-M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot Signature 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $441.94
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

That i3 uses only 55 watts max, and has the powerful HD 4000 graphics.

The case I posted has a PSU already, so it would be easier and cheaper to use the one with the PSU already, but if you like the other one more, its your build.
