Q for SLI 660ti

Herro. So my welfare check came in recently and decided to get an SLI (dual cards) going in my build (660ti).

Granted, my question is whats the suggested PSU, as I had to cut some corners w/ mine, 620w.

So am I in the right or should get something in the ballpark of 750w+?

What is your 620W PSU? Brand and name please. A quality 620W is sufficient for SLI GTX 660 Ti.

Cutting corners on the PSU is a big no-no. For SLi 660tis 750 is closer to the right wattage. You MIGHT be ok with at very good 620w psu, but its questionable.

@daimvern: A quality 620W is sufficient for SLI GTX 660 Ti. Also, wattage isn't the only factor. Total current rating ampere on the +12V is more important.

True enough. Plus I tend to overestimate the necessary wattage for most people because I run 3 HDDs and 2 SSDs in my rig.
