Is my OCZ 700w mod xtream compatible with haswell motherbaord?

I'm thinking of getting a MSI Z87-G45 Haswell motherboard along with an i5 4670K Is my 700w OCZ mod xtream PSU compatible with this motherboard?

i believe i read that it can be used but you will have to disable a few idle states that are more efficient

So it doesn't matter as I am OCing the CPU.

as long as you turn off those two idle states you should be fine overclocking or not (granted you have enough power for the whole set up of course)
