Fans Too Many?

I designing a PC and I want it to be very cool and very silent He is what I'm going with. Any suggestions?

The noisiest thing by far will be your GFX card. It'll cost alot but if you do want to have a quiet rig with a ludicrous card like that you'll have to go watercooled.

also although expensive noctua fans are the golden standdard for noise if you can't afford them go with a be quiet fan

Ok I'v changed the memory for 2 128GB SSD to 1 256GB SSD Should I change the 7990 to a GTX 780?

do you want to go down that route of custom liqued cooling if so what is your case and be warnedd liqued cooling is not cheap

ok so no custome liqued cooling just saying yoru graphics card will still be farily loud

cause you can get a evga 780 hydro coppe with a 360 rad and cpu block for about 1k in other words simlar preforame to you 7990 buut less power and quiter

ie without changing the budget you curelntly have assuming your case can fit a tripple 120mm rad
