Is IC Diamond safe for use on GPUs?

IMO all Thermal Compounds should work with GPU's , the way they do with GPU's. When I removed a HD7950's Heatsink , I saw normal Thermal Compound , so yeah , It should work.

The only thing that you can't use is an epoxy and a liquid metal alloy compound as one makes a permanent bond while the other eats through aluminum.
