I have an Insignia NS-LCD32-09 32" TV. There is no power and does nothing. I am trying to check the fuse I keep reading about but can't find it for the life of me. Can someone tell me where the main AC fuse, as well as other fuses this tv might have, is located? Thanks! I hate to just replace the main power board when I can just replace a fuse.

Take a good pic of the board and post it. Even if the fuse is blown, that is likely caused by another part failing, and just replacing the fuse might only be a temporary fix.

Honestly, the fact that you cannot identify the fuses tells me you might not be experienced enough to be doing this work, as it is a safety hazard.. but if you post the pic of the board I can at least try to help.

If you think you're good enough to be safe, check the ins and outs of the secondary transformer when voltage is applied. They go bad often, as they are very cheap components. They supply all of the power to the main board, so if its burnt out the tv wont do anything.

I took both of the boards to Radio Shack and also Best Buy and they cannot identify the fuses either. There are only capacitors and transformers. I know what a fuse looks like but cannot find it anywhere. I will post a picture on Saturday.
