Joke: because it needs an extreme water cooling loop 
reality: it is most likely the PSU in it that is causing it to over heat. where do you have the monitor? Is there plenty of ventilation around it?
EDIT: make sure there is plenty of space around the monitor for the heat that it generates to be dissipated.
