Hello TH, I'm looking to build my 1st build. I'm a noob when it comes to choosing parts and I'd rather accept some good advice from a reliable source instead of picking the stuff myself and wasting money.

I have an $829 budget to be exact and can't afford to go over at this time. I've tried looking over some other builds but I can't seem to find one that includes a monitor in the build which is what I need. I'm not a huge gamer but my bro likes to play them so if the build can handle that cool. I also run Photoshop.

I don't need any other peripherals,OS or a dvd burner. I'd rather have Intel but if it hurts the budget then I'd accept AMD. I'd like to try a slight overclock if possible but if it hurts the budget then I won't. I live in Orlando,FL and it doesn't matter the site the parts are from as long as they're reliable I'd also like to order these part today.

Any and all help is deeply appreciated.

I appreciate the help but I though micro center was pick up only? If that's the case I'm sure I don't live near one. I'm trying to include a monitor in the build as well .

Ignore the price cause that's after rebates. before rebates and after shipping, it's $825.89

and you can oc that processor to 4.2-4.3ghz easy.

Amazon.com does not add tax to Florida shipments so you're good to go for it being under $829 lol.

With a first build I would say you don't necessarily need to be overclocking to be happy with what you are after. That is the the only reason you would go with a z87 build with a k sku chip. Here is something you can do. You get a decent size monitor, a stronger graphics card and a Haswell chip which will do you just fine. If you do decide you want to spend the extra for the stronger chipset and unlocked overclockable cpu I'll supply a build for that as well which just fits under your budget.

That's sounds like a deal if it fits just under the budget. I'd rather go with that, so I'm going to take you up on that offer if you don't mind.

I assume the OP also needs the builds under $829 before rebates and stuff. since he says he cannot go over that amount (mail in rebates suck...)

and basic overclocking is really easy... just change multiplier to 42 and you're done with the 3570k lol... (pretty much do-able with any z77 motherboard from my experience)

mail in rebates are actually getting a lot better. I know that from MSI, ASUS, CORSAIR and others they have express mail in rebates where you take a hit on the rebate a couple of dollars and the process it fast and get it to you within a week or so.
