Should I upgrade to a Gtx 780 or 770 sli?

Well the title very much says it all. Here are my system specs currently:
Corsair HX750 psu
Gtx 580
Intel core i7 2600k
Msi Z77A-G45 motherboard
Should I upgrade to a 780 or dual 770sli?

You mean like the GTX 770?

The GTX 770 = rebranded GTX 680
The GTX 760 Ti = rebranded GTX 670

I would get the GTX 780 since its cheaper than the 770 SLI and a lot more quiter
Its true that the single 780 will be crushed by the 770SLI BUT its cheaper, lower power requirements and the 770SLI will heat up very quickly if you don't have a decent cooling.
Maybe add a mild OC on the 780 and you can max out any games in 1080p with a playable fps
