Ive noticed that certain things really screw up my pc and im not sure why. As an example in Utorrent when it first opens it shows there's an update and when i click update after a restart it puts my pc into a endless bootcycle. Another example is My razer synspse 2.0 when i click update, when i first open it, it puts my pc in an endless boot cycle i have no idea why and any help would be appreciated.
