Windows 8 OEM question about Clean Installing.

Hello,

Simple question:

Can I reuse the product key of Windows 8 OEM to re-install/clean install Windows 8 on the same computer I originally activated the product key on yesterday? No need explaining why I need to re-install a fresh windows on my computer. I appreciate any help!

You can use it as many times as you like so long as it's only installed on one functional PC at a time. If you try to install more than 3 times in 12 months you'll have to phone Microsoft for a temp unlock key until some of your activations roll off. Contrary to popular belief, it's not locked to a single mobo.

Yes same everything. So I can reuse the product key? Sweet! I figured I better ask before I go through the motions and then I get an error message saying this product key has already been used. Thanks for the help!
