Upgrading Radeon 6850 best options?

I have an Asus M5A78L LE mobo and I'm looking to upgrade my current Radeon 6850 to support the newer games coming out like bf4.

My budget is £100-150.

I was thinking of just buying another 6850 and cross firing the two, but I'm not sure if this is the most cost effective method to achieve better performance.

Would I be better off just buying a better card?

What can you sell your existing 6850 for? You should be able to fit in a HD 7870 XT/LE if you sell your existing card and use the funds towards the new GPU.

I'd replace it, rather than buy a new one and crossfire them.
Like slomo said, a 7870 is probably your best bet, or a 7850 if you can't afford a 7870.

Yeah I think I'll go with a 7870, for ~£30 more I think it's worth it over the 7850.

I'd recommend this. It's slightly out of your budget, but it would be worth the £15 stretch.

Additionally, it is a dual-fan version. XFX cards already have a superb cooling system, even with only a single fan, so this'll be great.
