First off; Simmer down, this is all i ever intend to spend on cooling in this build other than additional coolant, The ram cooling is overkill i know I just want the best possible cooling for every component. The reason for getting the dual fans instead of the triple is the case; Corsar C70 (Army Green) which is a mid tower so I doubt that the three fan rads would fit. Anyways here is the cooling system:
1x RayStorm750 RS240 V4-Pump-WaterCooling Kit
1x XSPC Dual fan Rad (slim)
2x 7970 full cover water block
Extra pipe, coolant and Assorted fittings.
Total £400

With the intent of upgrading some time in the future.

CPU will be clocked (hopefully to 4.7~4.85 Ghz)
The ram and graphics cards will also be overclocked.

I believe this answers the question in another thread: What is the best cooling system that can be fitted in a case, if not this then this must be close at least.

There are actually 2 of the dual fan radiators, one of them is included in the kit, would that still be an issue, it's not that much more expensive to get but as I said not sure of the space..
I was actually thinking of getting a switch 810 originally but I love the military-ish feel the C70 has; decisions, decisions.

I'm currently running my i7-4770k at 4.8GHz @ 1.247v, on a GIGABYTE GA-Z87-UD4H.

Running the latest AIDA64 Extreme, with the updated Haswell instruction sets, I average 72.4C during stability testing.
Occasional sub-1 second peaks into the mid 80's with zero throttling.

This is using a Swiftech H220, stock fans, in a push configuration as an intake, not exhaust, in the top of my Fractal Arc Midi R2. The processor hasn't been delidded, neither the H220 nor CPU are lapped, and using MX-4 TIM between the two.

I also had it stable at 4.9GHz, same setup, at 1.252v. However it would peak sub-1 second temps of 91C. Zero throttling, but I still decided to back down to 4.8/1.247v.

At the end of the day, its really going to depend on your chip. Mine is apparently in the "top 10%" as ASUS calls it. I guess I got lucky, but hey I did listen to Daft Punk/Pharell's "Get Lucky" for over an hour during the drive to Microcenter :p

I actually like the rugged feel of it, just not sure about the size - as in will the components fit inside.
If not as I said I will switch to the switch
