Is it worth the upgrade from a 650 to a 560?

When I built my computer, I put a GTX 650 in there because of a tight budget. The MicroCenter near me has an evga 560 (open box) for $73.96. Is that a good upgrade considering the price?

My rig is as follows:
AMD FX-8320 @ 4.2; stock voltage
Hyper 212 Evo
ASRock 970 Extreme4
Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz@1.55v
EVGA GTX 650 @ 1200 core; 5.2GHz GDDR5
OCZ Vertex 4; 128 GB
Seagate 2tb
LG DVD drive
Corsair CX500

Im somewhat in a similar boat with you (MSI Twin Frozr II gtx 560ti) and my current plan is to wait and see what the 760 benchmarks say, as well as seeing if they hold to the 200ish pricepoint. Heck maybe even hold out for a 750ti boost 3 gb type card.

Although if youre really going for a sub $100 card, i think it just a waste of time, save up to about 200 and wait.
