This is my desired build, i just wanna know what gpu, psu and cooler would i choose to lessen the cost. My former build is amd A series.
mobo: ASRock Z87M Extreme4
cpu: i5 4670k
ssd: 120gb
hdd: 1tb
memory: 2x4 2133mhz
gpu: 7970 or gtx 780 / Sapphire HD 7870 XT w/ Boost 2GB 256bit GDDR5 ??
psu: 750w or 800w?
chassis: haf xm
cooler: ?????????????

Also, what is bottleneck? i wanna know what is the cause of bottleneck. Thanks :)

A Cpu bottleneck is when your Cpu isn't powerful enough to feed enough information to your video card. Basically, you get crappy performance even with a great video card. Any reasonable new cpu isn't going to bottleneck any single graphics card out right now. It's generally only a term used when you are upgrading an older Pc with a brand new video card, although some of the slower A series of Cpu from AMD can bottleneck high-end video cards. Same thing with the Pentium class of Cpu's from Intel.

As far as your build, here's what I threw together:

Most of it is what you had outlined earlier. The Cpu cooler is a great price after the MiR, for a good performing Closed Loop Cooler. The PSU is a good value from a good brand. You get a near top of the line AMD video card that also comes with 4 free games. There isn't any reason to get anything faster than ddr3 1600, unless the price is the same.
