how much more should i overclock the new I7-4770k

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to know how much more I could safely overclock the processor?
It is proven that it can be overclocked to well over 7ghz but I don't wish to push the system that much. Some people said when transcoding or encoding you need a fast processor. So I wanted to overclock my processor and maybe my video cards just a little. I know I could easily OC it to 5.0ghz given that I use liquid cooling (please recommend something better if you like).

What kind of liquid cooling do you have?

And the reviews said it's really a mixed bag due to the integrated voltage controller....

And even with really good water cooling, I doubt it'll reach 5.0ghz...

I'm betting with a good water cooler, you'll get 4.6-4.7ghz if you're lucky. and 5.0 ghz if you're REALLY lucky...

from my research on it ive read that on air limit will be 4.3 for aoi coolers around 4.6 and custom wc 4.8 and realy good custom wc could get 5.3 read this link its advice based on info from andre who did over 500 oc test also ln2 (yes the andre who tryed the record on computex 2013)

Even with a custom water cooling loop, you will be spending a lot of money to get to 5 GHz.
