Hello all, I finally have all my research done and found all the sales I could to get a budget gaming pc under $1000 that is still quite powerful. This is my first time ever building a pc. Here is what I have in my NewEgg shopping cart:

I really want to know whether to get the GTX 660 ti or Radeon 7950. I would play either of the set of games that comes from each card.

I would appreciate any feedback, like advice or suggestions to change any of the components. In the future I may want to set up a crossfirex system, adding more fans, overclock the CPU.

Thank you.

I will be ordering in the next couple of days.

Hey,
I would definitely go with the 7950 as it is slightly faster than the 660 ti and like you mentioned you do get couple of free games with that.
Cheers

Cool, I think I might actually get a mobo from Asus that has two PCIE 3.0 slots, which would allow me to crossfire a lot better. I'm just contemplating whether I will actually be doing that in the future or not. I'm not even sure if you can crossfire two 7950 cards.
