I was wondering if I should Crossfire 2 AMD radeon 6670 together or just buy a higher end graphics card alone. I already have one 6670 so buying another one would be cheaper but is it worth it or should I wait?

Always a single high end card, never crossfire midrange cards.

1 Higher end card for sure. Multi-GPU setups have disadvantages and AMD crossfire has microstutter.

I agree that you should just get 1 higher end card. The only cards worthwhile to buy two of are higher end cards in which case 2 cards are better than a single card solution. Other than that, a single card has many advantages over one card, namely: less heat, less noise, less power used, smaller space, no microstuttering, and less chance of having a problem with the sli/crossfire driver support.
