Hi, I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I'm not sure which build to go with. I want to run new games smoothly, with high graphics on my 1920x1080 monitor. The build 1 is about 370$ more than build 2. If I decide to buy the first one I will OC if not I wont. Also, if you think there's a bottleneck, or something I need to change please let me know. Thanks in advance. :)

Build one looks much better. That i5 will preform as well as anew i7 in gaming. Also that i7 is two gens out. For a gaming build i would recoment a i5 4670k over a i7 4770 since the i7 will really bring nothing extra to gaming. The new i5 plus the 7950 is worth the extra $370. This isnt even a dilemma imo... Just get the i5 :D

Any of the i5 ib or haswell not going to bottleneck any build. Your better off getting a h level mb and a locked chip and standard 1600 ram. In real world you may see one pc a few sec faster then the other. Better off dropping the money on the ps or gpu.
