Random Hangs after 2 minutes of idle mouse or keyboard

My PC randomly hangs after around 2 minutes if i don't move my mouse or keyboard and when it happens i get massive FPS drops on medial be it video or games and the only way to unhang it is to move my mouse...

This started happening yesterday after i decided to start the automatic updates on my Windows 7 since i haven't used em in a while...

Please if you can help me resolve this i would be grateful

how exactly since i've never actually deleted updates

Click Start -> Control Panel -> Under Programs- Uninstall a Program -> click on it at the next page look on the Left Pane "View Installed Updates" click on it, now you can see the updates that were installed. Pick one you want to uninstall. The UNINSTALL button will be visible (look upside). There you go.

it installed 63 updates how the hell ( excuse me saying that ) would i find out which one is making the problem
