What Is best Decent CPU for my tight budget !!

I want to build a $400 - $500 Gaming PC without a graphics card. Because I would like to add maybe GTX 770

And what can you guys give me a nice cheap GPU ?? For at least $200 Because GTX 770 is $420 and I am thinking if I will get it or not. But I love GTX 770.

So can you give me some decent gaming system ??
With or without GPU...

if it were my persoanl pc i would go with a better cpu like the 8350 ( the cpu i have currently and its amazing) and a better mobo like the sabertooth ( i have the M5A99FX evo 140 bucks) and get a serious bang for ur buck.

will be well worth the extra 150 bucks. if ur gna build a pc go with the best parts u can and it will be up to date for longer. if u can afford the gtx 770 then go with it man. i went with the 7870xt bc i just didnt have the money for the 770 but i've seen what the 770 can do and its just amazing.

Yeah. 770 is best but I can't really afford it. What if i will go with 8350. What is the best MOBO for it and keep it not so expensive.. hehe not more than $100 or if it will go than it please tell me. I will decide it if what is better.
