I was very close to get a PC with a gtx 670 and ivy bridge, thanks to some people here told me to wait. I listened to them. EVGA Gtx 770 w/ ACX cooler SC vs Palit gtx 770 JetStream
Which one is better? The Jetstream is already available but the EVGA isn't yet, i'd have to wait a week or so. Should i get the palit or wait for evga?

Well, with either, you're going to have the issue with the heat being blown into the case and heating ur other components up.
But it looks like with the Palit, you'll get better cooling performance and quieter operation.
I've always been a fan of EVGA though. They seem to have better quality products...

Are the clock frequencies different?
Pricing?

I've had really excellent experiences with MSI actually. Those clock frequency differences are negligible - no real word difference there. Worth checking warranty durations for your country (manufacturers offer different warranties in different countries for some reason). In Britain, MSI and Palit warranty cover is not that good - EVGA and PNY are best in that regard (and Gigabyte if you buy GTX700 series).

If you have the money, I would definitely go for the MSI Lightning. However, I know that the Palit is $50 cheaper or so, which could be the breaking point. I'm not sure I'd choose it over the EVGA, since it has a higher clock and boost clock (same as the MSI Lightning) and it also has more cooling potential. I (personally) haven't heard an excessive amount of bad things about Palit, so I would recommend them. If you're going for the EVGA, then buy the Gigabyte Windforce since it has the same clock speeds, but much more cooling potential. Overall, Palit over EVGA, but if you're going to go for EVGA, then take a look at the Gigabyte Windforce (if you haven't already). :)

Right now I think i'm stuck with the palit gtx 770 because it's been already like a week since release and regard.ru only has 2 palit cards and also it has been only 5 days since haswell release and they already got z87 16 mobos and all haswell cpu's (i guess)
I'm not sure if they are planning to bring the rest of 770's soon.
