I have an Amd A10 5800k HD7660D,a gigabyte motherboard a85x-dh3
2 memories of 4GB 2400MHz Kingston placed correctly on dual channel.
I am SHOCKED OF MY SCORES!:
Determined by lowest subscore
Processor AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics-7.3
Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB-7.4
Graphics AMD Radeon HD 7660D-4.3
Gaming graphics 4069 MB Total available graphics memory-6.2
Primary hard disk 51GB Free (98GB Total)-5.9
Also it says that I have Directx10 but ALL MY PROGRAMS SAY THAT I HAVE DIRECTX11 WHAT?
Additional info:
Graphics:
Display adapter type AMD Radeon HD 7660D
Total available graphics memory 4069 MB
Dedicated graphics memory 512 MB
Dedicated system memory 0 MB
Shared system memory 3557 MB
Display adapter driver version 12.100.0.0
Primary monitor resolution 1280x1024
DirectX version DirectX 10(100% False,I have DirectX11)
My system works good, but in some games(crysis 3),it blocks and shut down the program without telling me!(maybe because of memory or because it's overheating)
Questions:
-Why I have low scores?(many people have 6.2 Graphics and 6.9 Gaming Graphics)
-How can I solve them?
-Why my programs and sometimes my windows restarts(overheating?87-90Celsius)
But The MAIN QUESTION IS:
HOW CAN I SOLVE THAT SCORE!?and in bios who I may give or not memory and overclock what?(I'm getting a cooler, that's why I asked that)

Solution

Turn off your computer and don't run it again until you get the temps down. AMD cpus are very sensitive to temps... the temps you're reporting... quite frankly i don't believe them. The A10 had a lot of problems reporting temps accurately, and i've never seen an AMD cpu since... maybe the k7 able to run up in the 80C range. You probably aren't getting to 80C, but all your other symptoms scream "overheating", so we know, even if those temps are wrong, you're going over 60C.

Please replace your cpu cooler, make sure the thermal paste is applied properly, there are lots of guides online for how to do this. make sure your new cooler is seated snugly on the cpu, and see what happens to your temps.

if your temps don't come down (they might not if the cpu is reporting the temps incorrectly) and the problems persist, then we can assume your case has horrendously bad airflow. You will need to correct that problem to get the most out of your computer.
