Suggestion for Auto Rotating Webcams

I am trying to find a webcam than can be turned from left to right, right to left, from down to upside and from upside to down by just clicking from my computer mean motorized webcam but i cant find any:??: and any help will be appriciated:)

The term you're looking for is PZT (Pan Zoom Tilt)

There doesn't appear to be many webcams with that functionality. There are A LOT of other type cameras that do that.

Actually i wana use the camera as a CCTV so dont mind if its a webcam or some other as long it works with the computer and my budget is £50 new or used
