GTX 650 not working on its full speed

Hello
i am using GTX 650 Graphic card its PCIE 3.0 card
Using Asrock z77 Extreme 6 Motherboard
I have installed the card in PCIe 3.0 Slot But in GPUZ its showing bus interface
PCI-E X16@8x
Is it okay?

Yes it should be perfectly fine if the slot is PCIe 3.0 @ 8x. Cards currently can run full out on PCIe 2.0 @ 4x. Just a rough guess but 3.0@8X is about the same as 2.0@16x which is pretty standard.

It should not hold back your graphics card at all. There is a detail test that Tom's performed some time back that went over all the different speeds etc...

And one more thing why my ram max frequency is 667Mhz
