I'm running everything on max and the game won't go over 60fps, it drops below 30fps at times. My setup is more than capable of running this maxed out at well over 60fps.
My specs:
FX 8350 CPU
GTX 780
8gb DDR3 ram
I had to download a bin64 file to even get it running, steam is a joke with their support as the game wouldnt run on windows 7 64bit, maybe this affects the performance abit? I'm not sure.
