I have new Samsung monitor and HP computer with windows 8.

EZ Tune Software will not work with most flats screens. Waste of time and stress to try and figure out. No help from Samsung technical support. They knew lass than I did.

Is there a question in here? Samsung does not have anything to do with that software.

I apologise, the correct name is Magic Tune not EZ Tune.
I purchased a new Samsung computer display monitor. It came with Samsung Disk labled "User Manual" that included 1. A monitor Driver 2. Magic Tune 4.0.24 and 3. Multi Screen 3.0.23. I inserted the disc as recommended and followed the instructions. Next, the disk tried to install the Samsung Driver which was not the correct driver for Windows 8. Then the disk attempted to install Magic Tune. The following message popped up: MAGIC TUNE: This computer does not support Magic Tune. "Go to the Magic Tune Website" button to refer to the home page. The web site is labeled: Samsung's learning resources and it offers several different drivers for monitors. None that are designed for Windows 8.

OK, so that means the program is not for Windows 8. If the program came with the Windows 8 system I can see it being an issue, but since it came with the monitor, the vendor does not have to support it under 8.

There are a few ways to try to get the program working if you want to try http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/get-apps-devices-working

sO THAT

Thanks Mouse24. You are correct. I have removed Magic Tune. I originally decided to install the program because my fonts look jagged and not well defined. I have tried the basics to no resolve. I am using the HDMI cable with a new Samsung screen and a new HP Computer. Not sure where I went wrong.
