Can someone please help me out. I am having trouble figuring out how to connect my cases' 3 fans to the motherboard. I do not want to connect them to the PSU because they would run at full power and the system would be noisy. 2 of the case fans come with LED lights and the case comes with a on/off button that controls the LEDs.

Also, the PSU I have has 2 4 pin CPU connectors and the motherboard has a 8 pin connector for CPU. Do I just need to combine the 2 4 pin connectors for this? Below are links to the parts I have. Any help would be much appreciated!

On your psu you put the 2 4 pin connecter to make a 8 pin cpu connecter and some you take the 8 pin to make a 4 pin connecter. There doesn't seem there are fan controllers on the mobo so since you don't want to run them full then get a fan controller.

Thank you for your reply! The mobo does have headers for fans, wouldn't I want to connect the case fans to these?

For the CPU power, are you saying to connect the 2 4-pin connectors to make 1 8-pin connector and that should work?

What about the LEDs?

Yes make a 8 pin from the two 4 pin. If the mobo has 3 pin fan headers connect the fans to them and the mobo will control fan speed. The leds should have separate connecter to the control.

As Goodegggray ment....yes, you can combine the 2 four pin CPU connectors.

And yes, you could get a fan controller for the 3 fans.
But there is an other option for that. You can connect them to the 3 chassis fan connectors on your motherboard and control them with the fan controller that is on your motherboard. Open the manual of the motherboard and goto chapter "3.5 Hardware Health Event Monitoring Screen" where they explain how to do that. Where the chassis fan connectors are...read the manual, page 13.
