My computer is a few years old and plays online games pretty well, I have an HP Pavilion p7-1110, the power supply is only 250w and I want to upgrade it to around 500w but I have no idea which PSU's are compatible. Which one should I buy?

Solution
I generally recommend Seasonic PSUs, however, they are generally more expensive than other brands. Corsair PSUs are pretty popular; their PSUs are generally manufactured by either Seasonic or CWT. There is a 3rd ODM that makes one or two models of 700w+ PSUs for Corsair, but I can't remember their name.

My recommendation is the following CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 500W PSU. It is manufactured by CWT and is a solid PSU. With a $20 rebate and the $10 promo code, it ends up costing only $30.

The case is an ATX. Height: 39.4 cm (15.55 inches)
Width: 17.5 cm (6.89 inches)
Depth: 40.9 cm (16.14 inches)
Also I am not sure which graphics card would be compatible im just running the onboard hd intel graphics, but if you could recomend a card also (preferable nvidia) I would appreciate it. I have 6GB of ddr3 ram, 1 terabyte hard drive, i3 2120 processor and am running windows 7
