Is the pump on my Closed Loop Cooler dead?

I have an iBuypower PC with a closed loop cooler. Over the weekend I've been experiencing poor performance (massive FPS drop in Neverwinter and World of Warcraft, Bioshock Infinite crashing to desktop after less than a minute of loading) and after some troubleshooting I think my CPU is overheating because the pump on the CPU block stopped circulating fluid. I'm not completely sure because the LED on the pump is blue, but I suspect that's the case because when I put my hand over the exhaust air from the radiator the waste air is cool. Open Hardware Monitor readings are here: http://grab.by/ng8i If my suspicions are correct I'm considering switching out the included CLC and getting a quality air cooler instead. Thoughts?

PS PC originally came overclocked, but I believe it's currently running stock.

CPU: i5 2500k
GPU: 2-way SLI (560)

Prime 95 load (guessing from the 100% CPU usage) and getting 100°C, something is definitely wrong with your cooling.
Something is wrong with your cooling setup, and if the fan is still spinning then its most likely the pump.

Yep, replace it with another heatsink.

Thanks for the second opinion. I never replaced a heatsink before so I just wanted to make sure before I shelled out for one. Looking back there was one warning sign I suppose: I heard gurgling for quite some time a day or so before the S hit the fan. I ignored it because when I first got the PC it made a similar noise which went away. Performance also improves when I open the side and pointed a Dyson air multiplier at the innards so that's another indication of insufficient cooling.
