Is it possible to make a build that can do this:

1) Can run prime95 on all six cores 24/7 at temp 60C or less
2) Can be overclocked to 4.5 GHz
3) Is more or less silent (e.g. can keep in bedroom while doing #1)

No fancy GPU needed.

Hi, sorry if it wasn't clear, but the question is can a build do all three. Or I guess I should ask if there is a cooling solution that meets all three criteria.

Interesting. Okay, last question... any chance this can be done with some off the shelf closed loop part like an H100, or would it need to be custom water?
