I'm about to order parts for the following build. I originally was going to go with a Hyper 212 Evo, but I've decided I want a little more oomph in the cooling department. I'm not entirely sure about a huge cooler like the Noctua NH-D14 because of things I've read about motherboard stress and space constraints, but I want pretty good cooling for when I overclock. What would you recommend for a good air cooler on a $70-$80 budget? (Also I can go low-profile ram if needed)

Here's the build for space constraints and compatability:

Personally, I'd rather not go with water cooling. I'm aware of the multiple benefits, including less motherboard stress, often quieter operation, and so on, but I would prefer to not have to worry about the fit of the radiator in my case, whereas I know even the biggest air coolers will fit (like the NH-D14)
