Are there any good graphics cards for laptops?

I downloaded a game called Dayz, and it runs very slow. I am on a laptop, and someone told me I should buy a
" i5 3570k and a gtx 640 graphics card" to be able to run the game smoothly on Normal/High settings.

Can someone tell me if those work for a laptop, and if they don't, can you please list some good alternative options?

I don't have the money to go out and buy a gaming laptop or to build a computer myself, so please don't suggest that.

I'd greatly appreciate your help,

Thank you!

No. You can upgrade the Ram in a laptop, maybe the Cpu, but you cannot upgrade the graphics chipset.

Nope. With the exception of a few high end laptops the CPU and graphics are not upgradeable.

Will that get rid of the lag when I play the game?

This looks like a troll post. I've been seeing at least 5 of these each day and all the accounts are created at the time of when the post was made.
