Alright so here's the current parts list that I've decided on:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z87X-UD3H

Processor:Intel Core i5-4670

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB)

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 Superclocked+ w/Backplate - HAVE (Would like a 2nd card if PSU could handle it)

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750G GOLD - HAVE

HDD/SSD: Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB /SanDisk Extreme SDSSDX-240G-G25 - HAVE

CPU Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H100

Sound Card: I want to get one but have no idea what a good sound card for gaming is. Suggestions GREATLY appreciated.

Case: COOLER MASTER Storm Stryker - HAVE

I've bought everything except for the guts of the system and was just curious whether or not I would be able to add a 2nd EVGA Geforce GTX 670 4GB Superclocked GPU to the mix later on or if that would cause me to have to buy a new power supply or not.

750W is a good match for SLI gtx 670. You could go for less, but allowing for OC headroom, extra upgrades down the track, less output as it ages and generally not having your PSU running close to it's max etc... 750W is good.

Definitely 2nd getting a 'K' model processor as mentioned above.... You want that H100 to have something to sink its teeth into :)

What are your sound requirements?

That mobo has 'Onboard' sound, which will work well unless you need something more highend / more technical.
