Are you going for gaming? Or video processing?

If you are going for video processing then you would not be going for GTX 770 two way SLI. That clearly means you are going for gaming and are not wishing for settling down with anything less than maxed out settings.

So, for that you should get Core i5 4670K. It has unlocked multiplier and can be overclocked pretty well. It would give you more FPS for lesser price. Much better suited.

For that CPU, you need same motherboard but LGA 1150 Socket (Z87).

Now let us take the thing that you are inclined for video processing. At that time you should go for Core i7 4770K with same motherboard as said above (LGA 1150).

Leave out 1 of the GTX 770s then.
