I have two LAN Cards in my Desktop, First card connects to a SOHO network (DHCP) and the second card connects to a Imaging Device (Manual IPs). The imaging device and Second card work like a Ad Hoc Setup.

What should I do to be able access my Imaging Device across the SOHO network, since it can only go through my Desktop. Can I bridge the two LAN cards, how will that work??

Could you pls explain more, do you mean Internet Connection Sharing or ? Will I be able to ping the Imaging Device from outside my desktop?

Yes, basically use ICS to share one nic network connection, you can't ping it as will technically be on a new network, should end up with something like, although ICS may set it up a different way ..
