intel 3210 and sapphire 7770 will fit into Asus p8h61?

hi. im trying to build a pc but i dont know if these things are good and fit to that motherboard, do i need to buy a better one or p8h61 is enough btw spec is this:
CPU: Intel Core i3 3210
Motherboard: Asus P8H61
Graphic card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770
RAM: x2 4GB (8Gb)
Power: 700 i think :D

Yes but you will need to update the mobo's BIOS to the latest version, which requires an older Sandy Bridge CPU ( your i3 3220 is based on Ivy Bridge, not Sandy ). Other than that, things fit, but what PSU do you intend to use?

the store (which i will buy things from) told me dont be worry about psu, he will give me something that fits to my stuff but i will change cpu to a weaker one cuz i dont have enough budget to buy a more expensive motherboard, anyway thx for the answer :)
